I have mentioned every single function to which this patch makes 
substantive semantic changes.  Feel free to propose an alternate changelog 
entry if you'd like!  :)

Though, if you do, make sure you mention the correct function for the cases 
where the line-spacing between two functions has been adjusted.  :)

And that desire for confirmation is, indeed, a large part of why I asked 
about this rather than simply applying it as obvious.  My understanding is 
that svn merge copes appropriately when the same change has been made to 
both branches, but if you (or Steve) would like, I can test that out on a 
local repository to confirm it.
