[patch, fortran] Merge whitespace fixes from fortran-experiments branch

Isn't every single function changed supposed to be mentionned? ;-)

I think it's great to commit this first, to allow for easier  
reviewing (which I'll try to do my share of), if Steve can confirm  
that it will not make his burden heavier when merging and cutting the  
final diff.
