[fortran, docs, committed] Another intrinsic documentation patch.

With this patch, all of the intrinsics carried over from g77 are
documented. The only remaining undocumented intrinsics are standard
Fortran 95, and thus considerably less critical.

	* intrinsic.texi: Edited all "Syntax" examples to a consistent
	form.
	(MAXVAL): Corrected description of result characteristics.
	(MINVAL): Same.
	(UMASK): Added documentation.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

The form that I've edited the Syntax examples to is this:

   CALL SUB(ARG1, ARG2 [, OPTARG1, OPTARG2])

and

   RESULT = FN (ARG1, ARG2 [, OPTARG1, OPTARG2])

The function result is always assigned to RESULT, except in cases where
the name of the function gives no clue as to the meaning of the returned
value (as occurs in some Unix-based file-system-manipulations that
return a "status" value).

In general, all of the variants with optional arguments have been
collapsed into a single line, with the optional arguments enclosed in
square brackets. The MAXLOC family of functions are an exception to
this; I have written them as

   RESULT = MAXLOC(ARRAY [, MASK])
   RESULT = MAXLOC(ARRAY, DIM [, MASK])

This is because the presence or absence of DIM dramatically changes the
meaning of the function, so it might as well be a different function.

Tested with "make pdf" and "make info"; committed to trunk under blanket
approval from Steve Kargl.
