See: http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortranBinaries64Linux  and read
"gcc-trunk" by "irun" (this is the instruction for the x86-64 version).

This version (gfortran "4.3.0") contains C bindings; however, note that
I failed to get my example work working. I will have another look this
evening.
