I hope not.  Code which uses ENTRY and compiles with g77 isn't likely to 
be f90.  Much code which used ENTRY dated from before ENTRY came in f77, 
and used special features, partially supported by various extinct 
compilers, so there is no way all of it can be made to work reliably 
without reconciling it to standard.
