[PATCH, Fortran] Make-lang.in: update gfortran.texi dependencies.

The dependencies for the various Gfortran .texi documentation omit 
intrinsic.texi; thus, changes to it do not trigger rebuilding the 
documentation.  The attached patch corrects that.

Tested with "make info" and "make dvi".  Ok for trunk?
