[PATCH, Fortran] intrinsic.texi: "Options" -> "Standard" in MOVE_ALLOC

Recently, all of the "Options" entries in the intrinsic-procedure 
documentations in intrinsic.texi were changed to "Standard".  The 
MOVE_ALLOC documentation was written in the older form; this updates it 
to the newer.

Tested with "make info" and "make dvi"; Committed as obvious.
