Backlog of patches to 4.1

Now that I am completely back in business with working trunk, 4.2 and
4.1, I can start to turn to neglected business:

I just started to check on how many patches that I have not committed
to 4.1 (shame!); I got to 23 and ran out of time for this morning.  I
would guess that there are a couple more that I did not get to.

What is the general feeling?  Backport in batches, do the whole lot at
once or neither of these?
