Broken links for Cygwin binaries.

What I do for the binaries I build is that I create a symlink 
gfortran-linux.tar.gz -> gfortran-linux-20060401.tar.gz every time I 
update a binary (or the script does it, actually), and the wiki refers 
to gfortran-linux.tar.gz, which is thus always the latest version.
