Broken links for Cygwin binaries.

As a thought: would it be ok to just provide a link on the Wiki to the 
directory they're in, and say "Go to this directory and download the 
"gfortran-Cygwin-4.2-****-i686.tar.bz2 file" corresponding to the most 
recently compiled version"?

That does make it a slightly more convoluted process to get to them, but 
the flip side is that the version numbers are still there so it's easy 
to tell if it's an updated version before downloading it and such.
