Steven,
   Well, for one reason, the little work I would likely subnit didn't 
seem worth the brutal process of getting FSF paperwork accepted. Also,
I am quite unclear of when and if I have to involve my employer. If I
program on my own time at home (not being paid to do so), do I still have
to have my University sign paperwork?
