intrinsic.texi - round iii

I am now beginning documentation on the following:

dcmplx, digits, dim, idim, ddim, dot_product, dprod, dreal, dtime

If anyone happens to notice any problems or suggestions in the 
intrinsic.texi, let me know and I will fix as we go.  Because of the 
formatting tags, there are some cases where you just can't get line 
length less than 80 chars and still be able to read it well (tables).  I 
have been able to get things to within a few characters of that however, 
and usually less.
