FM901 is suppose to fail.

FM909 is array io failure discussed earlier.  We are working on this one.

FM923 is a bug in NIST test suite.  I forwarded the fix to NIST.  See attached 
corrected file FM923.DAT

You should also see a failure of FM908.  Thats array io also.
