[gfortran] Various spelling fixes and comment updates

I have a bunch of these types of fixes.  Should I submit 
them to bugzilla or simply post to gcc-patches?

One example, which is somewhat ironic, is in arith.c
where Maclaurin is spelled McLaurin.
