[gfortran] Various spelling fixes and comment updates

These are various comments thorughout our sources that I 
updated/corrected/amended when reading the code.

2004-05-08  Tobias Schlüter <tobias.schlueter@physik.uni-muenchen.de>

	* array.c (match_subscript, match_array_ref): Add comments
	explaining argument 'init'.
	* decl.c, f95-lang.c, match.c, resolve.c, trans-array.c,
	trans-expr.c, trans.c: Fix some typos in comments.
	* dump-parse-tree.c (gfc_show_expr): Remove wrong comment.
	* primary.c (match_digits, match_integer_constant): Add comment
	explaining signflag.
