Since no such action has been posted on the anubis.dkuug.dk page, no,
I wasn't.  The active list there doesn't show any of the issues as TC
status, only DR.

Where do I download the official TC?  (I'm assuming I have to buy a PDF
again, or something...?)

_GLIBCPP_RESOLVE_LIB_DEFECTS already defaults to "on" and has done so for
a long long time; ever since it was introduced, I think.

Once we have something offical we can point to and say, "there, that's
the TC," then yeah, the appropriate guards should go.

They're linked to from somewhere else, I forget where.  I need to update
that page for Benjamin's recent num_get/num_put work, if I think about it
I'll add a link.

Shoot, for that matter R20 is out.  I need to get the upstream files.
