Thanks. Note that the changes were against *config.h.in* and
not config.h per se.

On a slightly off-topic note, I notice that "configure" is
quite different from what autoconf would generate from
"configure.in" - what gives?

For example, "configure" checks for MinGW (and CYGWIN)
environments, but "configure.in" doesn't have anything
to do with it...

Or maybe I'm missing something  here.
