Does this fix it for you? 

   That succeeded for "rm -rf i686-pc-cygwin/libgomp; make
configure-target-libgomp all-target-libgomp".  I'll leave a full bootstrap
running overnight but it looks sound to me.

Committed, I think we can revert Joern's second patch, I'll check in the next 1-2 days.
