Mine are. I ignore all heads in gcc.git, and just map its remotes into my remotes by manually specifying remote.origin.fetch. Not very pretty, but it seems to produce the optimal result. See my stuff in the lower section of http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GitMirror for more details.
