I work in commercial SW development. I have gone thru docs, but cannot find a clear gcc distribution page that says when you use gcc, the Linux system requirements for the end user are....
We are using RHL 2.1 and RHL 3.0 with gcc 3.2.3. We had a debug crash, and needed \binutils 2.15. Does the end user need \binutils 2.15 then to run the compiled result? Does a customer who receives our library need \binutils 2.15 to iink in our static or dynamic linked result?
