Certainly it is our intention to do this conversion


If ACT decides they don't have time to do this - then is it still a
blocker?

It's not a matter of not having time, but rather when the time can be found, and when this work can be completed. That is indeed a problem since this is quite a bit of work, and there are many other things competing for time. As with any company, AdaCore's priorities are set by its customers.
