Tree SSA measurement in CSiBE

Hi all,
The tree-ssa branch has been added for regular measurement to the CSiBE
code-size benchmark. The data is available as of January 1,2004 (the ppc
target is missing currently).
It seems that tree-ssa produces almost the same code size as the
mainline, although the compilation time is about 25% worse...
(you can use the "Advanced queries/Comparison" option to compare the two
compilers, while with "Latest results" the daily results can be observed)
