Reliable regression testing involves comparing with results for the old
compiler on the *current* testsuite, as a new test may show up regressions
on some targets.  (As described at
<http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-2.95/testing.html> with some instructions in
revision 1.102 of gcc-2.95/regress.html.)
