By trying to keep Zack from removing our debug format, I am attempting
to keep DJGPP from breaking.  If Zack wishes to remove sdb support, he
should be willing to deal with the fallout.  This is no different than
anyone else making a core change that affects targets - they have to
fix all the affected targets too.
