Eh, no.  That shouldn't happen.  We share only DECLs and perhaps
constants.  In particular, we should not be sharing expressions that are
going to be re-written.  Otherwise the SSA renamer pass munges up the
program real good.

&a+8 should be a gimple_val, yes.  We were missing an obvious VUSE when
used as a CALL_EXPR argument.  I thought you had fixed that (or did it
get reverted as well?).
