i'm lost too. apparently the meaning of "fraud" has changed or varies by location.

hmm i wonder where "these people" were during the fraudlent days of enron, worldcom, adelphia, et. al.

perhaps they were too busy "detecting" this kind of "fraud"..... :)

I'm lost.  How is doing work that you enjoy doing, that you have nobody
willing to pay you for, and which does not interfere with attempts to find
employement "fraud"?
