I agree that this is very confusing.  As far as I recall, you need to
create the report and then add attachments in a second step.

Dan, any chance we could change/document this in the form itself?

Volker Reichelt is working to enhance the documentation, but unless you
built a cross-compiler, run g++ -v and specifiy the following part of the
output:

                                               vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
  Reading specs from /sw/gcc-3.2.2/lib/gcc-lib/i386-unknown-freebsd4.8/3.2.2/specs
                                               ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

(which will probably be different on your system).
