Another useful thing would be a mailing list fortran@gcc.gnu.org.
Up till now few people have argued Fortran issues on the various gcc
mailing lists - mainly because Fortran 77 is old meat.
However, g95/gfc tries to be a compiler for the "current" Fortran
language - a lot more language lawyerese is expected to grow g95/gfc.
For that reason alone it could use its own mailing list.
