Shouldn't bug reports now be going to the GCC Bugzilla database, with an
appropriate component or components added to it for G95 bugs?

This is an old, non-Y2K-compliant, copy of the GPL (the examples have a
year "19yy"). I don't think the subdirectory actually needs its own copy
at all.

Generated info files shouldn't go in CVS.
