They exist, but you are unlikely to ever see them.  gcc compiled 
software has been certified for FAA use as I recall (I don't play in 
that circle, so I cannot just rattle off the spec).  I suspect GNU Ada 
(or programs compilied by it) has been trough various certifications 
through the years as well.

These don't directly address your question, as you are unlikely to run 
those versions on the platforms where the certifications was issued, 
but it might give you that warm fuzzy, if that is all you're interested 
in.

If you are interested in things at less than certification levels, gcc 
has been used to compile tons of code, for example, FreeBSD, Linux, Net 
BSD, Darwin...  phone switch code, ATM code, DSLAM code...  Traffic 
lights, disk controllers, cars, aircraft...  and games; the list goes 
on and on and on.

Out of curiosity, what is the real question that is behind the question 
you posted?  :-)
