Splitting adalib out into its own directory?

- Subject: Splitting adalib out into its own directory?
This is clearly on the to-do list. I'm wondering what needs to be done
to implement this. At the moment, it seems hard to tell which files are
part of the runtime library, which are part of the compiler proper, and which
are part of both; does someone at least know this?
