That could be a good feature for any scheme that is devised.
In fact, it could point to the proper "native-language (people)"
translation of the manual.

If you do decide to go with number codes, then some similar
dotted syntax (Dewey Decimal?) might be used -
Classification.Group.Declaration.Misuse....
