Generating HTML manual

Subject: Generating HTML manual

Hi,

How are the contents of the htdocs/onlinedocs/ directory
generated?  I'd like a local copy of the HTML docs, but
I can't find any script for doing this, and I'm not too
personally handy with makeinfo or texi2html =(
