between December 15, 2002 and March 15, 2003.
Your mail entitled "Congratulations"
will not be read until after my maternity leave
(i.e. a long time from now).
If you have an urgent website-related issue, please contact
our interim webmaster Judith Pierce <pierceja@cox.net>.
If you have an HRS administrative issue, please contact
HRS president Margo DeMello <margo@rabbit.org>.
HRS will not be approving any new national educators until
after March 30, 2003.
