This is currently not the case.  The testing web page has fewer
applications listed on it than the GCC 3.1 release criteria web page.
It seems quite arbitrary which applications were copied from the
3.1 release criteria web page to the testing web page.
I suggest that all the applications listed on the GCC 3.1 release
criteria web page be added to the the testing web page.
