gcc: cleaning up top level config

The top level config directory for gcc/src has an entire subdirectory
(mpw) as well as a file (mpw-mh-mpw) which are devoted to some sort of
MPW build process (not anything currently in CVS!). I believe you said
several months ago that these were obsolete and you were going to clean
them out.
Can I blow them away for 3.4 basic improvements, please? :-)
