errorcount?

- Subject: errorcount?
Hi,
I'm using the intermediate tree representation of GCC 3.2 in my masters
thesis. Therefore, I've (re-)inserted a backend hook into
c_objc_common_finish_file in c-objc-common.c that calls getdecls
before the dumping functions are called. I wonder if there is a
possibility to check if an error has occured before I start inspecting
the syntax tree - then I wouldn't be forced to cope with errors in
the syntax tree (no ERROR_MARK nodes). Alas, the errorcount and
warningcount is always 0 at this point. Is there another way to
detect errors easily?
Thanks a lot,
Georg
