Yes.
BTW, I have no idea why mips.h does the -D__LANGUAGE_C_PLUS_PLUS thing.
This is almost certainly an artifact of something that we do not want
in OS-independent code, but I have no idea what, so I guess we'd best
leave it alone, as you did.
