can we unset this for linux on mainline (for 3.2)?

this will return small structures in registers like the abi specifies.
i believe zack wrote this hack to provide backwards binary compatability,
for other broken gcc's.
right now it's different for eabi and linux, and elena (gdb) mentioned
the inconsistency for sys4v.
