termios.h for arm-elf-gcc?

Hi,
termios.h under include is
--
#ifdef __cplusplus
extern "C" {
#endif
#include <sys/termios.h>
#ifdef __cplusplus
}
#endif
--

But sys/termios.h does not exist. What am I missing?
