I think they're cleaner than magic in the Subject line, but you'll need to
work out the right design first; Debian has several different email
addresses for each bug (which may or may not include the submitter in the
people they mail, etc.). Also an equivalent of X-Debbugs-CC (CC someone
on the bug report after it has been filed and received its number) would
be desirable.
