There's a test for '#ifdef WARNING_ABOUT_CCD' in cp/semantics.c. I can't
find this used or defined anywhere else in the tree. It's not even mentioned
in the mailing list archives. What is it, and can we get rid of it?

Would I had phrases that are not known, utterances that are strange, in
new language that has not been used, free from repetition, not an utterance
which has grown stale, which men of old have spoken.
