In which case it is a bit ridiculous that it is built at the same time as
the standard c++ library isn't it.
Surely this should be returned to the main compiler tree since it bears the
same relationship to the c++ compiler that libgcc has to the C compiler.
The above is just a comment, I obviously don't understand the current logic.
