Maybe I wasn't clear. Allowing mirrors to connect is good. Allowing non-
mirror connections (individual people) is not so good right now.
The problem isn't really a lack of CPU power, but bandwidth. Many of these
services have already been restricted and/or turned off earlier today for
this reason.
