OK, later report (also sent to the wrong list, please use the gcc-bugs
mailing list or the GNATS available from http://gcc.gnu.org/ people ;-)
have confirmed this problem to be related to a bad sed on Mandrake 8.0
and/or a non-portable use of sed.
It will be resolved ASAP.
