GCC Release Delay

Those of you foolish enough to have been reading email on a
Saturday have probably noticed the lack of a release announcement.
The FSF has asked us to delay the release until Monday to coordinate
with a press release they are putting out.
This does not mean that there is an opportunity for further changes.
The final bits are already prepared.
