GCC manual issues

I've essentially finished with the basic cleaning up of markup in the
GCC manual (main manual only). The contents could do with some more
work from everyone - which can still go in 3.0.1 if not done in time
for 3.0 - (subject of course to someone reviewing the resulting
patches to the manual):
* Please read the install manual, and fix anything that seems wrong or
unclear. Please document anything that ought to be documented but
isn't, especially configure options. (If configure options for
components such as libjava and libstdc++ aren't documented in the
main manual, at least it needs a link to where they are documented.)
* If you can, please merge information from the old install manual
into the new one (especially, documentation of cross compiling).
* Please read the main manual, and again fix problems.
* Please read the projects lists and remove items you know to be
obsolete, or update items you know to be partly done. (I'd hope
that the 3.0 release will lead to increased interest in contributing
to GCC, so we should try to have the projects lists reflect the
current state of affairs.)
