I updated gnatsweb on gcc.gnu.org again, this time to the brand-new
2.8.1 version, which has the bug that Javascript was required fixed.
Together with a few other local customizations I also added a small patch
by Phil which enhances the subject line used for mails sent from gnatsweb.
Should you experience any problems, please let me know (or go ahead and
revert the import again, though I don't expect any problems).
