I have restored from the list archives the old PRs that had been lost from
the database (2386 2389 2392 2394 2397 2403 2404 2419 2420 2426), except

priority "high" (as assigned by the person who submitted them) and need
reviewing. In addition, some "high" priority PRs had been missing from
the index and so will now appear on searches again after I regenerated it:
