Bootstrap failure for AIX on main branch

Bootstrap on the main cvs branch has been failing for me for the past
week or so with the following error (In short, looks like a problem with
cc1).  The weird thing is, I can produce a preprocessed .i file ("blah
-E -P > foo.i") from the failing command line and compile that with no
problems.
